Start the week with intention and clarity. Our Weekly Reset Yoga sessions are designed to energize your team and set a positive tone for the days ahead. It's a 60-minute Monday or Tuesday session that blends intention-setting, desk-friendly yoga, and breathwork to ground your team and boost focus.

It's a 60-minute restorative flow to help your team release stress, unwind from the grind, and enter the weekend with ease. Includes yoga, meditation, and a grounding body scan. These relaxing classes combine soothing yoga poses and guided relaxation techniques to help employees decompress, leaving them refreshed and ready for the weekend.
